RMVB to AVI conversion cannot be done.

Hello all,

I got small problem with conversion my RMVB to AVI files.

When i start convertsion it stops after a while w/o any progress.

I tried RM Converter and WinAVI Video Converter... same thing is happening for both. Could any1 help me??
