Dvd Shrink Troubles

I just recently started using dvd shrink and have run into a problem...this is the case.

I open the disk and back it up but after it backs up rather than allowing me to take the movie out and place a blank dvd in to burn it just tells me the back ups done and that the file are available to burn but i dont know how to fix it.

This scenario has happened to others and the said something changed and i need to switch it back or something but i dont know what changed!

Someone please help!
