nero's a mess tho, several versions

I un-installed nero from the from the newest version, and also used inc - clean and also the general clean tool. Plus i went into the registery and delete anything in there that was related to Nero / ahead.

Now should i just put on the updated version of nero or is there some where else that hold my serial number's of nero ?

I went into the registery again and changed the value / string of the primary setting to 1 and hope this will help out.

slow down and let's take this a step at a time,

something is definitely hosed about the computer, nero is saying one thing, everest another,

probably do need to update your bios, but that an advanced procedure, start studying or you will ruin your computer, toast, fat lady sang

I don't like the look of the voltage reading either, power supply might be too weak

the one with 16A on the 12 volt rail and only 4 ide connectors?

I pay 35-45$ for 430-450 watt name brand power supplies with 18-22A on the 12 volt rail with at least 8
                    ide connectors

I found one of those powermagic for 17$
