WinDVD Creator Error Messae

Hello all, It seems as tho i'm not the only one with an issue reardin this software. I'm an XP user and WinDVD came preloaded on my system. Intervideo does not give tech support on bundled software(nice of them).

I am receiving an error message "WinDVD has encountered a problem and must shut down" after I create, edit and add a menu to my project. Just before, or in some cases, as i am getting ready to burn to DVD.

Does anyone know what's doing this and How can i fix it? I'm stuck with the program right now. I want to finish this project before I consider another.
