Okay.. im not sure if anyone else has had this problem..
While im editing in either Vegas or Premiere- my preview video is extremely choppy. Its so bad that i cant even tell while playing which video segment is lined up with which music segment. In premiere, is there some sort of setting or something i can do to remedy this?..
I suppose i could try a different codec..
xVid is what i am using- and i have made uncompressed versions of each clip which are even more choppy during editing.. i want to retain quality but still be able to edit.. Oh, and the resolution of these is 800x600- could that be a problem?
