Winfast Tv Audio Problem

Guys i bought a winfast tv turner card......my speakers on a computer work well and the picture is perfect but the sound is just not there?

do you know what could be causing this? i inserted the speakers into the tv turner card audio input but still no joy..the speakers work well when i play on my pc....i tried different things with the audio configurations and there is still no joy.

does any of you know what could be the problem here

you have to bring audio into the card from the video source

Chewy i dont understand......what does bringing the audio into the card from the video source mean?......what could the video source be..so confused..would u be kind to explain further in a Grade 0 level?....

ok maybe the best way to ask is how...should i go to my device manager i have been trying different things and i am afraid i may mess something up now
