Another Crash

Bummer... was trying to download the new upgrade - nothing to do with a Rip as far as I can tell? My Dell would only boot up to a DOS shell giving me a code of ITHR. Had to unhook my whole system and boot with only my monitor hooked up. It came back up and was able to hook up everything else.

Now I'm not sure which version to use? My first version was downloaded November 9th and worked great with all the other programs. Upgraded on November 16th and had to manually do everything from there on... no 1-click wizard. Tried upgrading today - Nov 29th, CRASH!

Hope this helps others. Any input would be helpful. Thanks!

You definintely got a PC problem, not an issue with the software.

dell desktop? model number?

dell's has mostly good hardware but often some crappy dvd burners?

have you added any hardware?
