USB wireless?

is there anything that i can use so i get my usb connected wirelessly to my PC? preferbly at radio frequency.

i have one device that is yr old but its little different, it connects the usb device with bluetooth, and i dont have bluetooth device now [lost it].

here what i need it for....

i want to connect my USB tv tuner [DELL] to my pc but dont want to run the cable all the way frm TV lounge to my pc.
