    Is it possible to play music (mp3's) from the pc to a stereo receiver?If so what type of hardware is needed for this trick.Probally a dumb question,but its not the first 1 i asked.

    radioshack and others carry a mini stereo rca to split regular rca adapters,
    I have seen them as long as 8 or 10 ft

    the output from your computer should go into a cd or aux for your stereo
