help! how to reduce file size

i'm not really sure where i should have posted this..

i have a video that is currently 200MB and i want to reduce it to 100mb to upload it onto a site. the file format is .mov. I tried using the movie maker in XP but it doesnt support that file type.
Any ideas?? thanks.

Try SUPER , it handles .mov file conversions!!!!
