Can Somebody Help, Please

I hope nobody mind the post like this. Can somebody please help me with this problem at: http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=79163 I've had no replies on it and I thought somebody might at least have some ideas. I did ask something in another post about publishing problems over a week ago that was unreplied to. As the days go on my post gets further and further down the list until it will be on the next page as in unseen. I did ask the NVU question at their forum because that was the correct forum for that and nobody replied there, neither.
