    Windows Installer

    All of a sudden when I try to open my Ulead pic manager, the Windows Installer pops up with the message "Preparing to install"then freezes, I have to use Task manager or reboot to get it to close. How can i rectify this annoyance?

          My OS is a E-machine T5020, pP4 Processor 3.05Ghz, Hard drive 200GB Memory 1024Mb sdram, the sofware is Ulead Photo Express version 4.0

              OS/operating system would be windows xp?

              pretty old version? not a trial is it?

                  Chewy, Yes it is XP and the installer version is the latest.
