    What tools or filter did you use to make that so bright? That looks awesome is there anything that could be done with the pics with the reflecting clouds? Never tried to play with those pics yet.

    I have learned many many cool tricks with Photoshop I have CS2. But I am still learing the program as there is much to learn with a program like that.

    Thanks Carla

    P.S. where are you uploading your photos to make them apear on the forum like they are?

      => reduce pixel size to 1280 x XXX
      => filter => sharpen => selective sharpener
      => save for web

          Some fun with photoshop.

          I created this from 3 photos the guy on the left is an X boyfriend beleive that or not. LOL
          Anyways the fun with this one was he had a bad habbit of getting real wasted while hanging out at his mothers bar. So one night I was taking some pics with some cheap point and shoot 35mm camera. And decided to play a trick on him. I told him that some guy came into the bar with a tiger cub, when he didnt belive me I showed him a 4X6 picutre printed on the same paper they use at Sam's club to print out 35mm pics.

          He bought the story and really belived there was a tiger in the bar.
          Photo Shop can be fun!

                Geez, those are great. Excellent work UncasMS, did you take the original photos yourself?

                  yes i did

                  a couple of days ago i wanted to "capture" smoke and started with lighting a simple match but the little bugger did not create any smoke at all so i had to rethink the whole idea and decided to buy incense sticks and they actually did a great job.

                  the setup for these pictures was fairly simple:

                  i placed two of the incense sticks in front of a black cloth, set the flashlight on a tripod to the right side behind the incense sticks and used a very simple and inexpensive way to build a snoot for the flash in order to focus the light ray to a very narrow area: i bought pringles and used that cylinder as a snoot

                  flash light was manually reduced to 1/4 and connected with the camera via (extended) cable

                  now all i needed was a little patience to focus correctly which was hard in a near darkened room and take a couple of pictures

                    Very inventive, and your patience certainly paid off. Once again, great work.

                        Cool, you've shown me that I have an awful lot to learn about creative photography. Thank you for the inspiration.

                            They are cool. If you get the smoke pictures blessed, will you have to change the name to "Holy Smoke"?
