Thanks Chewey and Blu. Got Coretemp. It shows 10 degs LESS!! at any time.currently 47 instead of 57 !!!!Who do I beleive ?? Both versions of Everest show same 57 temp......Have given the whole thing a bloody good clean out ,it needed it too.... For a change I have no 'beeps' tonight, either online or off.
Yesterday while,and after decoding and encoding 8gb movie the temp went to 63 on both Everests.but no beeps offline....Am still mystified,but thanks for help from all.
BTW, the CPU fan and heatsink look massive compared to last PC,about 4 inches square.
