hi,
im having a problem thats really stumping me. i have ports fwded on my router however they are now blocked. i made sure they were open, but still i get an error saying request timed out. so i went into start>run>cmd>ipconfig where i was unable to ping my own ip, but i was able to ping yahoo. i made sure to create the proper fire wall rules. the fwded ports have always worked fine in the past for me. i am unable to run a successful system restore, i think it conflicts with my pctools registry dr. is this failed ping test normal? could it be why my ports are being blocked for lack of a better word? thanks mucho!
