and then what. put the new in? i am having problems with getting my printer sound card and webcam drives to work etc. webcam not really that worried about, but printer and sound card pretty important etc.

ok i got the printer, sound card and my webcam to work. also put the new memory sticks. is there anything else we need to do. my only other question is where can i go to get microsoft office and microsoft works and word. dont that that anymore?Comment

ok well i thought it was fixed but it just restarted a few times on its own and said it has recovered from a serious error.? when i sent it to microsoft the 1st time it said it was a stop error the 2nd time they said to run the memory diagnostic test etc. do u think that its those new memory sticks even though they are a few months old new and the problem just started happeningComment
