Install problem

I recently installed a Ulead photo program. When I try to open it I get a message "Windows installer is installing", then it freezes up, I have to delete it with the work task program. The same disk installs with no problem on my other computer and plays. Both computers have Windows XP Home.

hmm I had something similar happen on Vista. MS has an installer cleanup thingy that
might help. Check out this article
