Have been playing Xbox 360 for a long time. So far I did not had any headset and last week I got one. I ensured it was completely charged when I put it on but my friends complained they could not hear me clearly whereas I could hear them perfectly. This has happened continuously for the week. So does it mean I have got a duplicate headset? Any advice to what should I do?
