Best program for encoding DVD's?

I am using a free version of DVD shrink now but wonder if I can get anything that is better.

DVD Shrink quality looks almost like the real thing but I have had it for 2 years and figure something better is out by now.

we can't talk about it but if you talking about dvd-9 to dvd5 then use dvd rebuilder get the pro one it worth it
