Panda Internet Security 2008

I don't know if anyone can help. I bought Panda Internet Security 2008 and I keep getting a message telling me to configure my updates and I remember reading in the settings that I have to register to activate my updates even though it says I'm up-to-date. To do this I need to enter a user name and password. Every time I fill out a form to get a user name and password but at the end of the form it tell me to enter a code but they never tell me how to get it. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same software that can help me get the code? I also need a user name and password to install the Web Content Control. I don't believe this, I buy the software and they add the middle man where I can't finish setting it up simply without all this pointless user name and password jazz and most of all when they ask for a code to be added when they never give one or tell how to get one.
