Windows XP Pro Office 2003
DVD Shrink 3.2 free version
Each time I click Help/Help Topics an Information bar appears stating:
To help protect your security. Internet Explorer has restricted this werb page from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your
computer, Click here for options.
Options are:
Allow blocked content
What's the risk
More information
I allow the blocked content
Is there a permanent, safe, way to stop the Information bar appearing?

You can turn it off for good, but that's hardly safe.

To take your chances: In Tools - Internet Options - Advanced, check the 1st 3 items under "Security" and restart IE7 (I would certainly recommend against ticking the 3rd one).
