Hi,i have edited my holiday on Windows Movie Maker, but i can not burn to disc, due the fact that i must upgrade to Vista Home Premium. So it was suggested to put edited film in a file and then go into, Windows Media. Once i have opened the file, i then carried out the burning process. Once burning is complete, i then try the copied disc on my dvd player, displayed on the tv is a blank menu

Hi, Thanks atifsh, i have not explained myself very well. I am a computer dunce. I have a programe on my vista home basic called, NTI CD & DVD_MAKER7. As tried to explain i edited my holiday in Windows Movie Maker, then saved to folder. So i then go into NTI> click on DVD FIT> click on Import Video-TS> Then a window opens with folders in > click on the folder in my name > click on videos > click on the film title>click on ok then a window opens saying Incorrect Video-TS Folder. I am at a loss as what to do next.Comment

Movie maker is outputing what kind of file? You do have show file extensions enabled?
This video work is relatively advanced and you should have computing basics down pat before embarking upon the steeper slopes, many die and fall by the wayside.
NTI CD & DVD Maker 7 Titanium Suite looks like it would handle a conversion to dvd compatible files from avi or mpg if you have it set up right or tell it the right thing to do?
This stuff can't be very user friendly, that's the nature of the beast unfortunately.Comment

HI, Had another go at burning to dvd using, NTI. Went through the process of burning and it seemed to work. Tried burnt dvd on tv and a blank menu appeared, with a row of zeros. So then i tried it on the computer in Windows Media and it played. I am still confused as to how to make it play on tv.Comment
