DVD Shrink 3.2 problem

I have just fitted a new Pioneer DVR-115DBK in my computer. It is working, ie using Nero, I have coppied a cd!
So, I have just downloaded DVD Shrink. & installed it. I have shut down & restarted comp. I put a music DVD in the burner, clicked on "open disk". & got the following message.Failed to open file "E:\Video_TS.IFO"
Can anyone please tell me what I have done wrong, or not done at all??

If anyone thinks there is a better DVD copy software,I would like to hear about it. Be aware, I am not a techie. So not too complicated replies please
