This is for all 24 pin atx p/s.

ATX12V 2.0 is a novel common ATX standard, use 24 pin connector.
Changes to ATX standard were made to support 75 watt PCI Express requirements. New ATX v 2.x uses new connector, but most motherboards nowdays allow to use an old ATX v 1.x power supply with 20 pin connector - it connects to 24 pin motherboard receptacle.

                      Thanks Doc,
I did verify the 20pin confiuration of the Bestec, but the delta is some sort of varaint.
May have been made special for HP.

                      Still Looking.

If the best tech is a dedicated power supply for HP good luck. It ia a discontinued power supply. You might get lucky and find it.

I wanted to switch the pins on the delta to match the bestec as the bestec bit the shed.

Usually the wire color code is the same but not always. If possible can you post a pic of the best tech power supply connector, the one that connects to the motherboard.

                              delta pin-out

The Bestec is a match for the 20 pin diagram you posted.
I am posting the delta pic's, colors don't match.
This is what I am looking to confirm the pinout.
