Unfortunately, I do have the 6600 and not the 6700 because the 6700 had just came out, and was still priced close to what I gave for my machine.

Also since it is an HP I had to resort to a higher LAT RAM then I originally bought because I was unable to adjust my voltage, so the original RAM I bought would resort back to 667 MHz instead of the 800 I bought it for.

But, with these flaws in mind I will be happy to run whichever tests you like.

copyless what flavor of Vista(if you are running Vista) are you using?

Have you had any issues other than the usual PITA Vista tweaks?
I think I'll be makin' the move to 64 bit soon so I'm just curious your experience and insights.

Miles, I thought I edited the post earlier but I just put up another post. Anyway post 15 tells most of it but in short I have 64 bit Vista SP1 with 8 megs of RAM.

Other than the first week I had the machine (trying to locate a few obscure drivers) I have basically no problems, and have installed numerous devices . The only real problem I ran into was trying to get my weather station to communicate with my PC. The weather station uses a RS-232 connection, so I had some problems with usb to 232 connection.
