My bother in law has a HP laptop, the video chip set is hosed, just gets red bars across the screen. I believe it has a nVidia video chip set. There is also a class action law suite against HP for the video chips over heating and dying.Star Baby Girl, Born March,1997 Died June 30th 2007 6:35 PM.
