i uploaded 3 tapes of footage onto powerdirector v7 and now there are grey lines accross every second of tape, they are brand new tapes. and a brand new camera.
my computer froze and shut down and now i have 3 hours of useless footage that cannot be refilmed.
...any ideas why?
