    No sound

    Hi folks,

I had major probs with virus and only way to sort was to do a clean install of XP pro, which I attempted myself.

I am all up and running only have no sound and would like some much needed help.

I am not the greatest so keep it simple if you would and any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm not a expert or anything close to it, but I'll try to help. Do you have a sound card or on board sound. What shows up I device manager?

Sounds like the audio drivers are missing.
