Just bought a Logitek cam to use with Skype/Messenger etc. Software loaded properly. When plugged in to a known good powered USB hub, nothing. Plug it in to front USB socket on PC, supposedly UNpowered it works fine. Shut down or quit program and its off again. Take out and plug back in, works fine !!!!! Not nohow will it work on powered hub,although everything else does....Any ideas appreciated......

Look for a conflict with a low level driver.
