Does anyone know what I can do here. As the message says at the bottom, I need a Windows disc but I never got one with my PC. Here is the message that I got.
When I went in the sound setting through my Control Panel, something went worse where I got a nasty echo with my sound everywhere and I had to take a shortcut to fix it by using Norton Go Back where I went back ten minutes.
I can play music OK, I can't get my mic working. I had this before but it's worse. All I had before with my mic was my voice coming out of my speakers only and I couldn't record it or chat either leaving voice messages or chatting live with voice. Now my voice doesn't appear through my speakers the way it did before. I don't know what got worse.
When I click on Sound Devices that message only appears sometimes.
Does anyone know what I should do even without the disc?
