I'm getting error with xvid software.

    Hello!

I've downloaded xvid software called " Xvid ultimate converter ". When I installed it on my computer, total resolution of sytem was changed and appearance was blurred.

I uninstalled it but when I was opening "my computer", microsoft windows was showing an error & sending an error report.

If you have a restore point before the xvid install you might want to use it. I'd stick with proven sources like http://www.free-codecs.com. If you are doing avi to avi try AviDemux. If avi to dvd try AutoGK. They come with the codecs.

Now that you mention it I got it backwards. AutoGK is for dvd => avi. I think the brain cramp has passed though.
