dvd shrink 3.2

hi having problems with this program ,,was working fine ,,till i had to put new hard drive in my computer, ive reinstall all my programs,update it every time i click on dvd shrink 3.2 my computer freeze,,and will not do anything, has anybody got any idear, how to fix this, thanks Dave
