Substituting Different Background in Win Movie Maker

I'm trying to create a resume video with Movie Maker, but rather than having a boring white background of a wall behind me, is there anyway I can make that a layer like in Photoshop that looks more interesting? If so, can you make it quite simple?

    Thanks,

What you are trying to achieve is not possible with WMM. This procedure involves overlays and Chroma Keys, which are not available in WMM. Try Corel Video Studio or similar video editors. This is really the process used by the TV weatherman, who is recorded standing in front of a green screen and yet is shown to be standing in front of a world satellite weather map.

      Tanx Paglamon,

I was wondering if I couldn't get a Powerpoint backgrnd, but I'm guessing I'd still have the issue you're talking about. I thought that was the feature I was looking for. I didn't really want to put any $$$ in this, so I may go another route.

      Tanx,

You may take a look at WAX. It is probably the best freeware application to get the Chroma key effect.

        Edit: This seems even better.http://www.cinegobs.com/index.php?page=CineGobs_Keyer
