Horizontal streaks on LCD Monitor? I facing problem of streaks since i changed my Power Supply unit [450W written on the box]. I don't know whats the problem but I bought Radeon HD 4650 Graphic Card and installed it on my old PSU Mercury and it was awesome then due to power fluctuation it failed and i changed it to above mentioned. Now am having problem of streaks even if i change the display to on board graphic [8300 gt]. I don't know what to do, even if i change the PSU it'll cost me a lot but what if there's no problem in it . A pure waste of money.

What was the wattage and the 12v amp rating of your old power supply?
