    ubuntu

How do I access Windows XP shared folder from Ubuntu on the same network? I have two Windows XP computers and a Ubuntu computer both connected to the same ADSL modem/router. One of the XP computers has its folder set for sharing. The other XP computer can happily access the shared folder. How do I access that shared folder from Ubuntu?

Not so much up on Ubuntu but in Linux generally I often found it easier to just use a Samba client. It's been awhile since I was into it, so Samba may be a bit easier to set up now. If you need to drag & drop all the time then I'd put some work into it. But to just lob a file back and forth now and then a Samba client may be a lot simpler.
