how can I copy/read corrputed mov file

I have 3 .mov video files on a Lexar card that were among several others that were recorded on my Nikon S80. These files show large file sizes but when I attempt to copy them (on to a PC) they copy over as 0 bytes. I think that these videos were recorded but they weren't finalized either due to the battery running out or the camera being shut off too quickly after the stop button was pressed. All the other videos on the same card are OK. They won't open and play from the card either. Any idea how I can rescue/read these?
