DVD Shrink segmenting back ups

Hi I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction here. I have been using DVD shrink to back up my DVDs, it has been a while since I have used it and when I tried to back up a DVD recently it segmented it into 3 different VTS files. Is there any way I can get these back into the one folder when I am backing it up?
