Monitor Is Not Working

Hii Everyone,
From last few days I was facing the problem related to my desktop.
The main problem is that whenever I tried to connect internet suddenly monitor gets turned off and screen becomes black.
I am not understanding whether its a hardware issue or software.
So Please Do Some Solution to this.
