Hello,
New to the forum here:
Question - I'm using Vidbox to transfer VHS tapes to my imac - I want to burn those files to a DVD for viewing. The files coming out of Vidbox are mp4...my question, do the files need to be deinterlaced before burning to DVD? When I burn directly to DVD after saving the mp4 files, the DVD picture appears to have artifacts, combing, occasional blocking, etc. However, I thought that the files would be ready to burn without taking the extra step to deinterlace. I have used Elgato, Roxio, and other devices as well with the same result.
Anyone that can help, please post
Thanks
