I have NO idea what the problem is! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times but each time I have the same error. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this isn't an imgburn problem? as your last posts would indicate, something is
interfering with other programs also

I am having the same problem with ImgBurn. I have been using this program for some time now, and all of a sudden everytime I try to open it, I get the error message and it closes down. I have tried removing and reloading several times...
I have ran anti-virus and spam programs and nothing came up. Other than this program, my system is running fine.
Not sure what the problem is...Comment

Try deleting and reinstalling ImgBurn. Maybe the program is corrupted.
BUT do what Chewy said to scan for viruses, trojans, etc. It may be a symptom of a bigger problem. Use some other programs to scan with.Gary D

It sounds like the registry has been hit. Try running hijackthis, or do a system restore as Chewy suggested.Star Baby Girl, Born March,1997 Died June 30th 2007 6:35 PM.Comment

Same problem here with Imgburn
Hello to all. I am having the same problem here after using the program with Ripit4me, DVD Decrypter, and DVD Shrink flawlessly until just a couple days ago. Whenever I try to open the movie ISO file told there is an error. Unable to open Imgburn program whether I report or do not report the error. However can still burn through Imgburn when originally burning through DVD Shrink and going directly to burning the DVD, just can't pull up previously saved ISO movie files. Anybody have any ideas? I keep the hard drive clean with multiple spyware/antivirus/etc programs. Tried deleting and reloading the Imgburn program. Thanks in advance for any help!Comment

Yes, 3 people with similar problems. Anyone have any ImgBurn logs to post (or ones from the problem program)? Any exact error messages even?Comment

Yes, program crashes and will not open when attempting to open ISO movie file with IMGBurn with offer to notify Microsoft. Still cannot open file whether notify Microsoft or not. Novice here. How do I post error to site? Unable to paste and click. Have ample hard drive space as well. Thanks.Comment
