access denied cannot burn?

hi... every time now that i try to burn a iso movie with img burn i get this error "unable to unlock volume exclusive access
reason access is denied

so if i hit continue it will burn.....but if i do not hit this it will not burn....any ideas

You must have another program open that's also using the drive - as such, ImgBurn cannot gain exclusive usage of the drive.

Find the program, close the program, problem goes away.

thanks that must be it i had img burn on another drive that was finished and i never hit the close button...
