    Help ImgBurn is Confusing Me

    My head is swimming. I'm having great luck for the most part with the Ripit4me and Decrypter combo but I'm having a terrible time trying to figure out the steps to ImgBurn -- both for single layer and for dual layer. When I try to find the handy guides that people have posted, I end up all over the place. Could you point me in the right direction. Is there one guide that walks me through all the steps for using ImgBurn?

    ImgBurn / ISO Write / select a file / set your burn speed / booktype for either Dvd+R if your drive supports it, or Dvd+R DL / click the green arrow. Where are you having the problem?

    I think you already know about this guide, but here are some more guides. Even more guides.

      Might want to read thru these:

      There are two ways to burn with ImgBurn:
      ===============================
      - ISO mode
      - Build mode (When the DVD folder is under 4.7gb in size, and Shrink is NOT required)

        To clarify, do we need to uninstall Decrypter and use Imgburn in its place? In RipIt4Me preferences for the Decrypter link, do we link RipIt4Me to Imgburn? Or am I still completely lost? I guess what would really help is a short, succinct statement as to where ImgBurn fits in the process. This is what is confusing me. It looks a lot like Decrypter and I keep seeing these statements that its meant to replace it. Thanks for any clarification you can give!

          Dvd Decrypter is needed for ripping either on it's own or with programs like RipIt4Me. ImgBurn is Dvd Decrypter's burn engine updated, only it's burn engine. ImgBurn will not rip. So there you have it, Dvd Decrypter is a one stop program, rip & burn. Use ImgBurn for your burning needs only.
