img burn problem

img burn problem

i was trying to use img burn and it tells me there is not enough memory on the disk for what i am trying to burn. i have run shrink and it looks fine there. but if i bypass the message and try it will go to three percent and then it will go no further. never had this before. any suggestions? i went to img support but did not find anything.
