    Getting Error I/O and CDB error with IMGBurn

    I am getting it with DL Discs only tried it with normal DVD's and its fine. I tried it with a different pack of memorex DL last week worked fine my friend gave me 5 of the same Memorex DL discs and all of them seem to be getting the same CDB error first and then I click continue and get the I/O error

      I would guess that your firmware(the latest) does not support those blanks

        I used the same blanks(Memorex) just not out the same pack (they seem to be the same model) I did last week and they worked

        Actually these are not the same DL that I had last week the ones my friend gave me are 8x DL disks the ones I had were 2.4x discs which worked perfectly. I dont know if my drive can handle that.

          They are not good quality. Only use Verbatim, +R, 2.4x, MKM-001-00, Made in Singapore.

          Read and implement the Golden Rules of Burning.
