Hi. RipIt4Me directed me to this site to display my error log after my last crash, even though RipIt4Me doesn't seem to be listed here. The same lockup happens occasionally with DVDDecrypter and ImgBurn, too.
About half the time, the mouse pointer and PC lock when I insert my DVD to be backed-up and RipIt4Me has just barely gotten started. So I have to power down and reboot, sometimes several times before the disc will open and be read without freezing the PC.
If the DVD is able to be read, the backup process goes smoothly, without incident.
I attached the DeBug Log. I don't know whether it explicates my problem, but it seems to be the latest Log available.
