Looks like the 360 is getting another upgrade.
According to Digi-Times, a Chinese-language Commercial Times report states that Microsoft's next-gen system will include the 65nm-made Xenos graphics processing unit (GPU) come fall.
The paper says the engineering version of the Xenos has already been shipped, and production will start some time in May. The company who will see plenty of benefits from this endeavor, TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company), had also announced the introduction of 65nm-made embedded DRAM in March. In the 90nm version of the Xenos, that embedded DRAM was manufactured by NEC.
