Following the decision to make cuts to the Australian release of Grand Theft Auto IV, Rockstar has said that it's time to introduce an R18+ rating in the region.
Rockstar still refuses to say what has been censored in the Australia/NZ version of GTA IV, although they have denied rumours that the changes are "minor and only consist of one violent cutscene":
