The guys behind TorrentSpy are already in the process of declaring bankruptcy, so the MPAA won't get any money. It's not about the money though, it's about the judgement and how it can be used in future cases as precedent.

Isn't TorrentSpy the only one that was hosted in America though? They can't get to The Pirate Bay or anything since it's outside America.

I would love to see a judgement from the US supreme court to settle this. Then the lawmakers can change the laws again,

I agree, but what I wonder is, how much is it going to cost in the end, who's paying the tab & who are the ones really going to benefit from all of this in the end? , but you win what?
