Asus steps up the pressure on Creative by showing off the Xonar HDAV1.3, giving the PC audio world HDMI 1.3a compatibility.
Interesting development ... HDMI is a funny thing because it is used for both audio and video, but on PCs, it is more important for audio than it is for video because PCs already have a digital video standard (the reverse is true on home theatre devices).
