Oh boy, here it is; yet another DRM-related backlash, this time involving the release of the PC edition of Atari's recently released shooter Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena. Enraged users complained about this on Starbreeze Forums and Atari Forums, while the issue also generated numerous negative reviews of the game over at Amazon (thanks, Blue).

Checking the usual sources, the game is already available to download and 50% cracked, and like other similar titles, will be fully cracked soon thus turning the anti-piracy features into anti-user.
